Where media intelligence industry is going? The FIBEP, the international congress on media intelligence and media monitoring, is answering this question.
This 50th edition was held in Copenhagen and PerVoice flew to listen to the CEOs of some of the biggest companies in that field. The topics discussed were a lot, from recurring talks on data analysis and data visualization, to the monitoring of hate speech and to the targeting of digital advertising. Automatic speech recognition is a key technology for the exploration of these new frontiers, and PerVoice, which already plays an important role as technological partner of some big companies in the sector, knows it well.
