In accordance with article 13 of Regulation EU 2016/679 - GDPR” PerVoice S.p.A. hereby advises that the personal data collected by filling out the Form for candidates, or by receiving the resume (sent to the E-mail address info@pervoice.it) are processed exclusively for purposes functional to personnel recruitment for possible future hirings. Providing the data is obligatory for said recruiting activities. Failure to provide all or part of the data could result in the impossibility of performing these activities.
The processing is performed by authorized and instructed personnel with the aid of electronic and computerized instruments based on logical criteria, compatible and functional to the purposes of the collection, in observance of the principles of confidentiality, pertinence and not excessive, adopting suitable protection measures, in any case in compliance with the prevailing pro tempore legislative provisions on the protection of personal data (to date, Regulation EU 2016/679 – GDPR and Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 “Personal data protection code”).
The personal data collected for the purposes stated above may possibly be transferred to and processed by other companies in the Almaviva Group.
The data processing controller is PerVoice S.p.A., with legal headquarters at Viale Verona, 190/1 - 38123 Trento. In the event that the data is transferred to other companies in the Almaviva Group, they will operate as autonomous personal data processing controllers.

To exercise any rights of access, rectification or elimination of the data, limitation of the processing, portability and opposition (articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR) the interested parties in the processing can send a request via E-mail to servizioprivacy@almaviva.it.
The interested parties also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Antitrust Authority for the protection of personal data, should they believe that the processing of their personal data has taken place in violation of the prevailing legislative provisions.
